Okay. Read some of the comments. First, good to hear about Texas, although I don't understand how anyone would be so hyper-focused on abortion laws. Sure, necessary termination should be a choice, but is that really a deciding factor to move to Texas? In the same breath, people go on about not having insurance there. If you can't see a doctor anyway, then how are you paying for that obviously pre-planned (since it bothers you so much) abortion? The whole subject matter is disturbing. Focus on life and improving communities, then all families and pregnancies would be supported. Second, I'm Canadian, and our medical care system is atrocious. No, you can't see a doctor, because we have severe shortages. You have to wait in an emergency ward for up to 12 hours to see someone. Surgeries have 3 year wait lists, and MAID has killed something like 50,000 Canadians. There are no long-term care beds and homelessness among the elderly is rising. Let's not talk about Canadian politics. We have no freedom of speech here. Let's just say we'll be Cuba and Venezuela in a few years if this continues. Globalist politics are literally driving this country into the ground. Third, most of the states that are failing Americans are poorly run. Most are left leaning states with lousy govenors. Look at California. No one wants to live there unless they're rich and live in a gated community or very small town away from Newsom's free-for-all. We have that here too. It's called Vancouver's East End. It's spreading like our wildfires that are human caused not climate change. So, since I've probably annoyed a few idealist lefties... ughm... communists, and naive Canadians (probably from Southern Ontario), I'm going to choose Tennessee as my destination, but let's be honest, both our governments are corrupt. There is no escape other than our own accountability and community involvement.
