What "owners" don't tell you is the system is rigged. Everyone is being had.

I was told most Americans run sole proprietorships as it's of no benefit to operate a corporation unless the profits are really high. Is this true?

The tax rates in the US seem like a dream compared to Canada. Our taxes are insane and the cost of living is unbearable. It's happening globally now though and it's only going to get worse with the infiltration of international organizations, even in the US.
